Experience Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before purchasing an experience (the "service") operated by BroadcastThisTV ("us", 'we", "our").

Experiences

​

Our experiences are only open to those who are over the age of 18. We will ask you to provide 2 photographs of yourself once you have booked and if we are in any doubt, we will ask to see proof of identification if we have doubts.

​

If you wish to amend your booking with a change the date, we ask that this is done no later than 72 hours prior to the booked date. If cancellation notice is given, 100% of the cost of the booking will be retained.

We ask that you follow all Health and Safety guidance given to you on the day of your experience. If you fail to comply, this could lead to the cancellation of your experience.

​

We have a zero-tolerance against abusive and/or inappropriate behaviour. This behaviour can be displayed as verbal or physical. If this behaviour is spotted towards us or any of our team, you will be asked to leave and your experience will be cancelled.

Active Membership must be held when you purchase and on the date of your experience. We will check that these conditions have been met. Failure to adhere to this will result in your experience being cancelled with little to no notice.

If we cancel your experience due to any listed above on the day, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Footage which will be filmed on the day by our equipment, edited and sent to you after can not be sold directly or indirectly to third-party viewers. Media taken on your own device can be shared on social media as long as the following is applied:

 

• consent of those in the media (visual and audio) is obtained prior to sharing

• broadcastthistv must be credited / tagged in any media which you share
